Session timings include hall usage and standard air-conditioning time.

A refundable security deposit of ₹25,000 is payable at the time of booking.

• • The security deposit will be refunded after the event, subject to no damage to banquet property and compliance with banquet rules and policies.
• • Any damages or violations may result in partial or full deduction of the deposit.

1. P1.There is a panel of caterers and decorators at The Ballroom banquet.
2. P2.For any outside catering and/or crockery arrangement, the concerned caterer shall be liable to pay a non-refundable royalty fee of ₹25,000 to the banquet management. The caterer must hold a valid FSSAI License, and shall be solely responsible for the quality of the food. No caterer without a valid FSSAI License will be permitted.

1. 1.The booking advance is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. 2.The balance payment must be cleared at least 30 days prior to the event date.
3. 3.Any misconduct, illegal activity or damage to banquet property by the client or guests may result in immediate termination without refund and shall be the client’s responsibility.
4. 4.Firecrackers, smoke guns, color powders, confetti cannons or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
5. 5.Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited.
6. 6.The client must ensure that all guests vacate the hall within the allotted session timing.
7. 7.Any extra time usage will be charged ₹7,000/- hourly as per banquet overtime policy.
8. 8.Decorations involving drilling, nailing, stapling or damaging banquet walls, ceilings or fixtures are not allowed.
9. 9.All external vendors must coordinate with banquet management before setup.
10. 10.The maximum permissible capacity of the banquet is 600 guests. Any event exceeding this capacity shall attract a penalty charge of ₹25,000, payable by the client.
11. 11.The banquet reserves the right to turn off the music as per local municipal regulations (e.g. at 10 pm).
12. 12.The management reserves the right to cancel the event in case of government restrictions, law enforcement orders, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control or any force majeure.
